Step 3 - Online Registration
This year, the remaining registration process will be conducted online!
After Hip Wah has received your $60 application fee and placed your child in the appropriate Hip Wah class, you will receive an e-mail notification with the subject header
"Hip Wah Summer Program 2011 - Next Steps". The e-mail will be sent from the following e-mail address between March 8 and March 11, 2011:
"invites@124780.mailer.surveygizmo.com".
PLEASE CHECK ALL OF YOUR E-MAIL ACCOUNTS. If you did not receive the e-mail, please check your SPAM folder and/or add the e-mail address above to your accepted list of senders. If you still did not receive an e-mail regarding your placement, please contact us at:
hipwah.registrar@gmail.com.
Hip Wah 3 Students will also be receiving the same e-mail notification.
Online Registration:
1. Click on the link in the e-mail to register your child's information.
2. Review your answers and go back to make any corrections.
3. Hit SUBMIT.
4. An E-mail Confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you specified during online registration. Check your e-mail account for that email. It will have the subject header "Hip Wah 2011 Registration - Confirmation".
5. Print out the entire email, sign and date at the two locations required, and send the entire signed e-mail printout and appropriate fees to:

The signed E-mail Confirmation printout and checks must be received by April 15, 2011.
Your application is NOT COMPLETE until/unless all the fees/forms are received by this date. If you fail to submit the signed E-mail Confirmation and fees, your spot may be given to an applicant on the waitlist.
If you did not receive an E-mail Confirmation after completing online registration, please send an e-mail to
hipwah.registrar@gmail.com. Your information may have been incomplete, and we may have to ask you to complete online registration again.
Upon receipt and verification of your signed E-mail Confirmation printout and required fees, you will once again be notified by e-mail that your application is complete.
