1. How does my child apply for the program?
Online application begins on Saturday, February 11, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. on this site. Click Apply at the top of the page and follow the directions provided.
2. My daughter is entering 1st grade, but she's born in the year 2005 (which is the year of the Rooster). Do I register her for the Dog class (entering 1st grade) or Rooster class (entering 2nd grade)?
Generally, the child should be registered for the class of the grade she is entering -- in your case, the Dog class. That way, she will be in the class with all other children who are entering the first grade. Many of the classes have mixed Chinese Horoscope years in them [due to the timing of their birthdates and when the parents enrolled them in school], so it's likely that she will have other students who are also the year of the Rooster in her class.
3. I mistakenly signed up for my other child under her sister's account and name. What do I do?

4. I didn't receive a Confirmation Reply E-mail. What do I do?
Please check your other e-mail accounts.
If it does not appear, please send an e-mail to
hipwah.registrar@gmail.com with: the name of your child and Hip Wah class for which you applied. We will check to see if you have successfully completed the application process.
5. I signed my child up for the wrong class. What do I do?
Please send an e-mail to
hipwah.registrar@gmail.com with the name of your child and the correct class. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY AGAIN.
6. My child's name was spelled incorrectly. What do I do?

7. My address and phone number are incorrect. What do I do?
