Registration

Registration opens at 9am, Feb. 6, 2010. To register your child(ren) for the program:

Follow instructions as provided on the registration site. Please only apply online for one child per class. If you make an error, please send an email to hipwah@gmail.com and explain the situation and it will be corrected as soon as possible. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANOTHER CLASS.

Print out, complete and mail a separate application for each child applying, with the confirmation email, and a separate $60 check with each application, no exceptions. Mailed in one envelope is acceptable.

Deadline is Friday, February 19, 2010, 6pm. Any late and/or incomplete envelopes received after the deadline, confirmed applicants may lose their spot, and a waitlisted applicant moved into their place.
For confirmation of delivery, you must use US Mail Delivery confirmation (additional fee) you will not receive an email confirmation.
Or hand deliver to, 4200 Park Blvd., PMB#505, Oakland, (between Glenfield Ave and Glen Park Rd/Hampel St). Hours are Mon-Fri. 9-6 Sat 9-5. Confirmation of receipt will not be given. Please do not ask for a confirmation.
Hip Wah will notify via email applicant(s) enrollment status by March 9, 2010. Please add hipwah@gmail to your accepted email addresses, and check your spam folder.
Further instructions about downloading from the Hip Wah website; registration packet, forms to be completed, and required payments will be emailed with the enrollment status if accepted by March 9, 2010.
All completed registration forms and payments must be received at the same PO BOX as stated above by Friday, April 30, 2010. Applicants with incomplete forms and/or payments may lose their spot and a waitlisted applicant moved in their place. Late fees of $25 per applicant may be imposed for late registration forms and payments. Returned checks will be assessed $25 per occurrence, and unpaid fees must be paid by Cashier’s Check. No exceptions.

2010 FEE LIST
- APPLICATION FEE - $60
A $60 application fee per application per child is required. Not refunded if child withdraws from the program after acceptance.- PROGRAM FEE: $595 (Non-refundable)
- PARENT PARTICIPATION FEE: $100 (upon completion of task: all refunds given after the end of the program)
- EXTENDED CARE (optional): see form for rates
- LUNCH PROGRAM (optional): $3.50/lunch
- T-SHIRTS: (each child will receive one free shirt, additional shirts=TBD)
- RETURNED CHECKS: $25/check
- EXTENDED CARE: Available morning and afternoon.
- HOT LUNCH: Pre-paid hot lunches will be offered at $3.50 per meal. No refunds if child is absent (for any reason) when lunch is served.
