These are the ingredients that make Hip Wah one of the most successful and longest-running Chinese American summer programs in the country. In fact, “hip wah” translates to “cooperation among the overseas Chinese.”
Now in its 23rd year, Hip Wah provides children of the Bay Area community the opportunity to experience and to appreciate the rich heritage of the Chinese and the Chinese-American people.
